Shipping & Returns

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days, but occasionally take longer due to big sales, promotions, or during holiday seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.). If there is a notable sitewide delay, a banner at the top of this webpage will provide the current fulfillment window estimates (updated weekly).

Most orders have a minimal shipping fee (around $2.50)

As each product is custom made-to-order, we are unable to issue refunds or returns for products that were mistakenly or incorrectly ordered (you want a different size or material, made a typo, etc.), or reasons outside of our control (installation error, improper use, etc.)

Orders for customized products cannot be canceled or modified past 24 hours after the time of ordering
